FOLLOW UP ON PRELIMINARY INSPECTION ON 10/17/24. ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED EXCEPT:
-THE DRAIN PIPE FROM THE HAND WASHING SINK AND FROM THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK ARE BELOW THE RIM OF THE FLOOR DRAIN. CUT THESE PIPES TO ALLOW A 1" GAP BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE PIPE AND THE TOP OF THE FLOOR DRAIN. -THE CONCRETE THAT HAS BEEN POURED ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE SINK IS ROUGH. SMOOTH THIS CONCRETE TO ALLOW FOR EASIER CLEANING. -THE TABLE FOR THE DOUGH MIXER HAS NOT YET ARRIVED. IT WILL BE STORED ON ANOTHER TABLE UNTIL THIS TABLE ARRIVES. THESE ITEMS MUST BE CORRECTED BEFORE THE FACILITY IS PERMITTED TO OPERATE. YOU MAY STOCK FOOD IN ANTICIPATION OF OPENING. THE PRE-OPENING INSPECTION WILL OCCUR ON NOVEMBER 1 AT 1:30 PM. THE FOLLOWING WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETE AT THIS INSPECTION: -CPFM CERTIFICATIONS -FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATIONS -ALLERGEN AWARENESS TRAINING -BODILY FLUIDS CLEAN UP KIT -1B FORMS -BOTH HAND WASHING SINKS STOCKED WITH PAPER TOWELS, SOAP, AND HAND WASHING SIGNS -FOOD THERMOMETER -SANITIZER AND APPROPRIATE TEST STRIPS -ALL EQUIPMENT RUNNING AND AT TEMPERATURE -REFERRAL FORM AT THE PRE-OPENING INSPECTION, A FOOD LICENSE APPLICATION AND THE FEE OF $175 WILL BE DUE. |
